Documentation

We save up to 50% of your time and remove non-core risks

What are the pre-requisites of starting one’s own production facilities? Apart from financial resources, preliminary design and the plot’s technical specifications for connection to engineering utilities, you will also need a number of approvals of the authorities, to which you will have to submit the documents listed below.

The list includes 45 documents, each of which requires from one day to a month to obtain. Our experience has demonstrated that, on average, implementation of a project takes from 3 to 5 years, depending on its complexity. At that, up to 50% of the entire period is spent on simply acquiring approvals and documents. Meanwhile, coordination of construction of a small fuel depot at a 0.5 ha site is almost as difficult as the full-cycle production facilities occupying 10 ha.

And if a large-scale business can afford the luxury of the costly, five-year, long-term planning – from the searching for a land plot, collecting all approvals, up to commissioning – small and medium businesses with lower planning horizon, as a rule, does not have such a time frame at their disposal.

For this very reason our proposal is ultimately profitable for our residents. We offer a complete package of documents, starting from the Geodesy and Surveying, and ending with obtaining the Certificate of State Registration of Title. Our clients are confident that, for example, a line of government communications does not pass through their plot, which would prevent land works. There have also been cases of inconvenient proximity of residential neighborhoods, when the issue of obtaining approval of the sanitary zone became unsolvable.

Our clients are relieved of these non-core risks: due to already possessing all necessary approvals, we reduce the period of launching facilities up to one year, while most of the time it is spent on the erection and commissioning.

We are offering partnership to representatives of small and medium-sized businesses!
