The Voronezh Industrial Park – VIP “Perspektiva” – sells industrial land for conducting business operations. We offer land plots for development with areas from 0.5 hectares (5000 sq. m.) to 50 hectares.

The fully developed infrastructure, from roads, electric power, and gas supply, to round-the-clock security and Internet access, will permit you to launch any production line or warehousing facilities.

 

Greenfield or Brownfield?

 

Our industrial lands are situated within a Greenfield area. This means that you can design your own production line or, for example, logistical complex, outside the influence of any restrictive factors, like existing structures within the area of the land plot.

 

Unlike VIP “Perspektiva”, industrial parks of the Brownfield variety implies the presence of objects requiring demolition or reconstruction on the land, which is not always favorable for businesses.

 

Build-to-suit

 

The industrial area near Voronezh occupying a territory of 146 hectares permits creating industrial facilities from the ground up based on build-to-suit technology. Membership in the Association of Industrial Parks

 

Creation of an industrial park involves a whole series of activities, starting from transfer of residential lands (or other classes of lands) to industrial, power generation, and transportation, and ending with passing the certification procedure at the Association of Industrial Parks of Russia. VIP “Perspektiva” has successfully achieved these goals, and in 2012 it received the IPA’s certificate.

 

Therefore, we have gained industrial park status along with such parks as Maslovskiy, Ozery, Vorsino, Sheksna, Rodniki, Kstovskiy, Maryino, Zavolzhye, Rosva, Grabtsevo, Orel, Nevinnomysinsk Industrial Parks, etc.
